Hi I'm 15, i weigh 125, i have contour lines but i still don't have a six pack, please help!?
I'm also 5'8 and do ab ripper x but the only results I've had are bigger and harder contour lines

unless your goal for a sixpack is for competing in sports in which case just keep at it, there no real need for one, as long as your healthy you are fine, fyi most guys dont really look for girls to have "muscles" they think its kind of strange, in the words of one guy "girls are supposed to soft in spots that guys arnt(belly)"
