Has anyone refused to pay a Colorado red light camera ticket? If so what happened?
The law in Colorado states you must be personally delivered your traffic violation for it to be valid. As the State expects me to follow the law, so should I expect the State to follow the law. I will be happy to pay the fine should I be found guilty by proper due process. The first step in due process is to be personally delivered a traffic infraction ticket. If you have refused, what happened next? Can I lose my license for something that the State is doing illegally?

Red light tickets in most states cannot suspend your license like normal tickets do. They are typically sent to a collections agency instead.
