Can't remember the name of this cartoon from the 2000s?

Question

It was not on for very long, I guess it wasn't very popular.

I can barely remember any details but would love any feedback. I think it was on Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon.

It was about a teenage boy who may have had orange hair. He dog-sat for a rich lady/man who lived in an expensive hotel or luxury apartment complex. I think the dog talked back to him.

That is literally all I remember. Very vague I know. I welcome any guesses.
