Help with blisters?????!!!?

Ok, so Converses. Only thing I hate about them is B-L-I-S-T-E-R-S!!!! I have the biggest blister on my right pinky toe. It hurts really bad and its popped. there is now flesh exposed.. I do NOT want to get Staph in there! So is there anything to heel very very quickly?? Tips... tricks??

I would think hydrogen peroxide would help , what about neosporin? some people clip open vitamin E on sores to heal..put a medicated bandaid on it
