My friend is such a compulsive liar?

So I have this friend named Kelly. She lies so much.

She told me that her ex boyfriend raped her twice. She didn't even act like a victim

Then she met with this guy named Andy on the Internet and I told her she was bad news, I saw her later after they met and she had scratches all over her and I begged her to tell me what happened but she said nothing. I think she scratched herself. I checked with Andy and he said they never met.

She also lied about having a half sister,

I'm just so angry! What's wrong with her?
