Nvidia Quadro FX 3800 scores only a 6.9 in Windows 7 Performance?

Originally its a 1k card.... I dont understand how 4GB of memory is only a 6.9

Windows Experience Index doesn't mean much at all and it gets that score for using a 4 year old architecture with mid-range GPU performance (clockrate, memory clock GDDR3). WEI only goes up to 7.9 so Microsoft had to leave room for the faster graphics performance choics at the time and all the performance increases that would come afterwards.
