20 year old male continuously breaking out. Need help.?

Question

I'm 20 years old and I never used to break out that much until about 17 then it calmed down after about a year a half.

I'm now 20 and I'm currently on a tv show and it seems my skin just flares up more and more each day. I get these massive oversized cyst like pimples on my nose and my cheeks are just covered in red marks and it looks quite aggressive. I wash my face with dermalogica cleanser and use the toner and moisturizer morning and night. I've also been on doxycycline but nothing seems to get better just worse.

What can I do?

They do use a fair bit of make up on the show which I'm sure my skin isn't used to
