how to remove youtube copyright strike?

i had this channel sense 2008 and in 2009 i got a strike agaisnt my account"- (AlexBleedingLove)

Removed due to a copyright claim by Viacom International Inc. on Jan 20, 2009"

BUT I NEVER UPLOADED THAT VID AND "ALEXBLEEDINGLOVE" ISNT MY CHANNEL" I GOT A STRIKE FORM SOMEONE ELSES UPLOADS its been 3 years and i cant have this strike removed from MY channel? no option to submit counter either as it doesnt show the video at all

Be a sturdy little YouTuber, post purely what you're making, no television, song, stuff made by capacity of all and sundry else is a no no. Behave and it is often a goner in 6 months. Then do no longer post any copyright stuff in any respect and you would be ok. 3 copyright strikes and that they ban you from the positioning invariably.
