There are so many things wrong with your post I don't know where to begin.
1. Why do you think that Mary needs Peter or Paul to justify her? She justifies herself in the Gospels (you know, those other books in the NT). She is present and engaged in the life of Christ. She is His mother, and He would most assuredly appreciate it if you reverenced her for that. He does. He never once refused her requests in the Bible.
2. We can lump her in with the other saints because they all represent the same slice of humanity, that part of the Church that has moved on to its reward. We Catholics call them the "Church Triumphant". I do clearly understand, then, that this doctrine of prying to saints is open to all of them. FYI, people already make Paul statues, but we don't worship them or any other piece of art. In my personal prayer closet I have statues of Mary, St. Jude, St. Joseph and Jesus.
3. The Prot charge that we take away from Jesus by praying to Saints is uninformed. All Saints are closer to Jesus than we are, since they are already in Heaven. They have the power to intercede for us on earth in any matter we care to lay before them by taking it to Jesus on our behalf. Mary is especially powerful in this regard because she is His mother, and as I mentioned before, He never once denied her what she asked. This is a doctrine called the "Communion of Saints" and it already applies to all of them.
Your knowledge of the RCC is so twisted I can only assume that you get your information solely from Jack Chick.
