    to be anything - first you need to exist, as jesus is an imaginary construct, therefore he cannot be anything, or rather can be anything... as long as you have imagination...

    read excellent book by acharya - "the christ conspiracy - the greatest story ever sold", and no, it is not about conspiracy...

    there is thousands of books on the subject...

    No - he was a millenarian apocalyptian. He expected the world to end very soon, so material goods were without value.

    The early Christians who had more practical concerns indeed did live like true communists, or so the Bible tells us.

    The real Communism is voluntary, the Communism everybody knows is not. And that is a difference so huge that they cannot in any sense be said to be the same since in the name of humans the one destroys the dignity of the human being and subjects it to the State.

    No and Jesus wasn't socialist communist capitalist or anything else when it comes to politics and economics. Although everybody appeals to Jesus' teachings to justify their political and economic standpoint.

    He was definitely a socialist. I doubt he was a communist though.

    Epicurus had the idea of communes before that and he probably wasn't the first.
