property management software?

Hello guys, I was wondering if anyone can help me track down a great property management software. I have been using Quicken property manager that is about 6 years old the updated version I don't like for two reason. First reason is that it has combined personal finances with property management which I don't like. Second I have increased my portfolio and added commercial properties and quicken is very limited for the commercial side of it (cam charges, vendors, emailing etc...) so I am trying to find a new software to handle my growing portfolio. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

Try to check out this online Asset Management Software - http://www.sysaid.com/page-not-found.htm?file=/fre... this might be what you need with a little tweak to make it personalized. It has a versatile use, though I am not sure if it can work for properties. A cool feature of that software is that you can access it on your Android phone so you can monitor your inputs anytime, anywhere.

A lot of property management software is available in the market. I have used a lot of property management software, but I found Simplifyem Property Management software is good among them.

It is very easy to setup, easy to use property management application.

Use their 15 days trial for evaluation, hope that it will fulfill your requirement.
