The 1992 team would win but barely. That game would probably come down to a buzzer beater. Why? Magic Johnson was old and just came back from a year long hiatus because of the whole HIV thing. Larry Bird was REALLY washed up and barely played in the 1992 Olympics, partly because of age and he also had a really bad back. 2008 Lebron would DISMANTLE 1992 Larry Bird, and Jason Kidd could hold his own against 1992 Magic. 2008 Kobe and 1992 Jordan would be dead even since those players were still in their primes in those respective years. Look at 1992's bench. They still have David Robinson, Karl Malone and Scottie Pippen, 3 defensive powerhouses. I'm sorry but the 2008 team has NO ONE capable enough to stop Malone or Robinson in the post. Chris Bosh? Pfff, give me a break. Yet, the 1992 team has no one to keep up with Wade, Paul or Williams. The 2008 team has speed and athleticism, but the 1992 team has size and power. I honestly think Michael Jordan would turn it on and win it late.

from someone who saw both era played.

92' would of killed 08' team.

08's basic tactics was to out run the other

team. (most of Euro player are big man)

Spain would of beat Team USA if it wasn't for

Kobe's 4 point play that stretch the lead.

92' not only have the speed, they have skills

and they have size. the stater would be a fun match up

but once they sub players. Dream team will pull the

    scores apart.

  • 2008 Redeem Team, Hands down. I think people should talk about the 2008 team beating the 1992 team instead of the 2012 team.

Dream Team, but it would probably be close. Kobe and Wade were really good at that time.
