Windows 7 Starter window. PLEASE HELP!?

So, my window looks like this: (the Exit, Restore, Minimize button looks different)

    Its call "Aero" theme its introduced from windows 7 professional its not include in Windows 7 starter or home basic...

    Good, i'm more skilled with xp so i'd decide on that. Home windows xp can be extra equipped with applications considering the fact that it has been out longer. Home windows 7 is sort of like vista. And i quite hate vista so yeah.

    Look on the photo in your first link: (maximumpc.......), from the top the 3rth taskbar where it says on the left 'organise' and on the right is the questionmark. Leftside from the questionmark you see that small arrow . Click on that, it is there that you can choose what you like to have it. Must be something like 'thumbnails' or I think it is 'tiles'.

    I think you can go to the side where you see the icon thingy. it's the first thing on the right and change it. You might have to try all of them to see which one looks like it.

    it's in view on the menu bar or you could right click in the folder window and click on view the options are there to change the view
