In the Briggs Myers’ Test, how do I answer these accurately?

For instance, one of the questions is: "You believe the best decision is one that can be easily changed". Sometimes that is true, and other times that is not true. How do I answer that in a way that is going to give the test an accurate assessment of my personality type?

Another one is: "You are inclined to rely more on improvisation than on careful planning?" Again, sometimes this pertains and some times it does not.

Should I just go with how I feel the majority of the time?

Thanks.

Just go with what you feel for the majority of the time.

I've did the test a few times and got different results too!
