According to our records, this credit card authorization was declined by your credit card company or bank when we attempted to authorize the card. Unfortunately, because the bank does not give us any information about the reason the authorization was declined, you will need to contact them directly to find out why this credit card authorization failed. We won't be able to accept this credit card until you resolve any issues with the company and re-add this or another valid card to your account.     Facebook payment operation said that they can't accept your credit card from your bank.

    Your bank did not give the reason to them.

    You've to ask yourself.

    In the meantime they suggest:-

    (1)You resolve the issue with the bank

    (2)Re-add this or another valid-card

    (3)Add a different payment method.
