my favorite top 5 foods are:
- fruit mix (bananas, apples,pears, strawberries , berries and water melon pieces)
- salads ( salad mixture, salad soup)
- baked potatoes/ potatoes pie/ potatoes pancakes
- 5 different seed porridge
- raisin porridge :)
my favorite drink is soy strawberry milk and soy chocolate milk (delicious) also sometimes i do put some fruit pieces (berries, strawberries) into the soy strawberry milk because i love it :]
I have been vegetarian since 3 yrs old , now i am 17yrs old i decided to move forward into the vegan diet and i never regret these two diets and i don't miss any animal products, the reason i choose these diets is because for my health as my stomach do not tolerate the hard food such as meat , also the other thing i choose to be vegan because i adore all animals and i respect them all.
