How to find a city using the coordinates?!?

Question

I have an assigment to do and you have to find the cities using the coordinates.

I have tried google maps & google earth & it wont give me the exact location/ city. Ive been with this for 4 hours straight. I'm so frustrated. I want to cry so bad. & I'm sleepy i hae school tomorrow ;/
