I tried opening an account at Wells Fargo but I was declined?
I received a letter in the mail stating I couldn't open an account because of Early Warning detection, what does this mean?

EWS is a credit reporting agency the same as chexsystems. Because of this, you are entitled to see a copy of your report and it is your right to dispute.
What information should you give them:
1. name
2. address
3. social security number
4. drivers license number
5. previous address if you have moved in the last 5 years.

You need to call the bank and find out.
Something suspicious happened in your online application.
Are you 18 or over?
Do you owe another checking account money?
If so, you cannot open a checking account anywhere else in the US.
