Why has George Zimmerman been prematurely declared guilty?
Murderers typically don't call the police the ahead of time and give out their location, right? I also wasn't aware of any murder strategies that involved getting beat senseless prior to the killing. Also screaming for help repeatedly trying to attract witnesses to the "murder" about to be committed, that must be some new criminal technique I'm not aware of.
George Zimmerman is clearly a diabolical criminal genius.
Or perhaps just acting in self defense....

He has not been "declared" guilty. Going by the facts given out so far (including those by Zimmerman's best friend - after which leaves the question whether he meets the criteria of a best friend) regarding how the whole thing went down, some people "believe" he is guilty, but he will not be declared guilty until a trial has been held & a verdict reached. It has not yet been proven which individual was screaming for help on the tape.
One thing we do know & cannot be ignored is the fact that the actions of Zimmerman that night caused the death of Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman could have prevented the altercation between him and Trayvon and the kid's consequent death at several different points that night and he chose not do do so. He was a neighborhood watch individual who was not scheduled to be on duty that night. The by-laws of that neighborhood watch is that you do not carry a gun. Had he not pursued Martin after the dispatcher told him not to, that they didn't need him to do that, that the police were on the way and would handle it and if he had stayed inside his vehicle and not gotten out, 17 year old Trayvon Martin would be alive and Zimmerman would not be facing trial.

Many say it substitute right into a racial manslaughter and a white guy killing an harmless black baby who substitute into only eating skittles and tea. it is the way the media confirmed the case whilst it first occurred, previously they knew any data thats what it looked like. So, maximum folk never listened to something and declared it substitute into chilly blooded guy slaughter. whilst Zimmerman isnt even a white guy, human beings nevertheless attempt and turn it to a racial case. this is unhappy truly that folk wont pay attention to the data and destroy a mans existence. The trial might desire to have never long previous to court is what a number of the on-scene police guy stated. Zimmerman should not be praised yet he might desire to certainly no longer have been in penitentiary for something of his existence.

Can we inject some facts into your "story?" I want you to read the 911 transcript. There is very important information there.
What makes Zimmerman a murderer is at the 2:26 min point in the 911 call, the dispatcher learns from Zimmerman that he is following Trayvon. Do you get that, following someone that has done nothing illegal? What authority does a citizen carrying a gun have to follow anyone? Even as a Neighborhood Watch, what authority does he have to follow someone?
If Zimmerman had made the 911 call, given all the information he could to the dispatcher and returned to his vehicle, there would be no reason to get his *** kicked. No reason for him to shoot an unarmed person to death. That is why he is a murderer and not someone defending himself from an ***-whipping.

Jeez, Merv, You certainly picked only the facts you like. How about this --- He should have stayed home. Simple. The guy was a jerk who thought he could save the world. If he stayed home he would be alive to hate ethnics. The guy bought his end. Give it up.Source(s): Zimmerman is a jerk , Martin was a jerk, the world will not miss either of them.

Zimmerman's a thug with a violent temper and long history of losing that temper.
As evidenced by his record for assaulting police and resisting arrest.
As evidenced by his history of domestic violence against an ex-fiancee.
As evidenced by his being fired from a job for roughing up party goers.
As evidenced by his own neighbours, too:
'George Zimmerman Neighbors Complained About Aggressive Tactics Before Trayvon Martin Killing'
Then there's his false claims, ranging from perjury to get bail to his false statements to police:
'George Zimmerman not a member of recognized neighborhood watch organization'
'Trayvon Martin shooting: It's not George Zimmerman crying for help on 911 recording, 2 experts say'
'Funeral Director: No Signs of Fight Present on Trayvon’s Hands'
'Trayvon Martin's Last Phone Call Contradicts Shooter's Claim, Attorney Says'
'Trayvon Martin witness casts doubt on shooter's self-defense claims'
"While police were initially sympathetic to Zimmerman's plight during the Feb. 29 interview, officers became increasingly hostile as Zimmerman failed to answer questions in precise detail. He answered at least half of investigators' questions by saying he didn't know or couldn't remember how things happened the night he shot Martin."
What the kicker is, however, is the fact there's a police recording of Zimmerman admitting he was following Martin and the cop telling him not to.
That's wasn't a 9-1-1 Emergency call. Zimmerman called the police station and was talking to an actual cop, not a civilian dispatcher.
And the Republican politicians who wrote and passed Florida's Stand Your Ground law say it doesn't apply to situations where someone chases after someone else:
"Dennis Baxley, a Republican state representative and co-author of the 2005 self-defense law, said Zimmerman negated his ability to claim immunity under the law by chasing Martin. Former Republican State Sen. Durell Peadon, another co-author of the law, said Zimmerman "has no protection under my law."
“This law does not apply to this particular circumstance. Stand your ground means stand your ground. It doesn’t mean chase after somebody who’s turned their back.”
Since that law doesn't apply to Zimmerman, there's no way to find him innocent nor should he be.
He shot and killed a kid, confessed to it, and will go to prison for it.
The whole thing's going to be a slam-dunk win for the prosecution and when it is, it should come as no surprise to anyone.

Not everyone has joined that lynch mob.

It's because the blacks were playing the race card.
