Ways to incorporate wheat-grass into my diet that are most beneficial?
I am using raw wheat-grass, if that matters. I did blend it because I don't have an actual juicer but the blender is a good quality blender so drinking it this way does it still give the max benefits?
What I did was add it to 1/2 cup of raw Kale, 2oz of fresh water, some cubes of ice, half of a banana, 3 tablespoons of frozen Blueberries, and 2 cups of raw Spinach. Variation appreciated.
