Good Ultrabook for games, school work?

I want an ultrabook/fairly light laptop with the following characteristics

1. an SSD

2. over 130GB of storage

3. a discrete graphics card--to play porta 1&2, halflife 2, team fortress 2, left 4 dead 1&2, and minecraft

4. an intel i5 processor

5. 4GB+ Ram

6. MOST IMPORTANT!!!!! cannot be more than $1000(USD)

keep in mind I have 30lbs of book I have to carry around for 8 hours, so this needs to be light(I don't look fondly upon scoliosis)

Looking at all your requirements the Ultrabook that probably suits your needs best is the Sony VAIO T Series SVT13112FXS 13.3-Inch Ultrabook (Silver Mist). Read this review by a user:

    It has :

    - Intel Core_i5_3317U Processor 1.7G Hz

    - 4 GB DRAM RAM

    - 500GB 5400rpm Hard Drive, 32 GB Solid-State Drive

    - 13.3-Inch Screen, Intel HD Graphics 4000

    - Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

It has a beautiful body very very sleek like all sony machines. its dimensions are 12.72 x 8.9 x 0.71 inches (WxDxH) and it weighs 3.5 pounds. It is not the lightest ultrabook out there but it is the best one fulfilling all your requirements and is well in your price range.

The only thing is that it has a 500gb hdd instead of an SSD you wanted, though you can always replace the default 500gb hdd with a intel 120GB ssd, that is up to you.

Discounted price for Sony VAIO T Series SVT13112FXS:
