President Carter did make a speech at the DNC in Charlotte, via a video. The video was shown during the first night of the convention (Tuesday). The video was not live, but contained taped remarks by the former President. The former President apologized for not being able to physically be present at the convention.

President Carter was not there. Neither was Vice President Al Gore. But, okay there was a lot more missing from the RNC convention. Like President Bush, Dick Cheney. Your point is?

    No.

He is going to lose his position as worst president ever to Obama ....so was not invited.

He might have upstaged Obama....how telling that he couldn't fll the stadium....do you think the public has woken up to the con merchant?
