I jog over a mile a day, I dance, and I do 100-300 sit ups a day. I excercize a lot. But I eat a ton. I wanna eat a diet that tastes good mostly or I won't stick to it, but I wanna weigh around 102 lbs. my old weight! Can someone give me a diet plan? Thanks!
