Issue with BitDefender Antivirus and Customer support ignoring my support ticket.?

I recently purchased 2 license of BitDefender Antivirus after going through the review at http://anti-virus-software-review.toptenreviews.com . I started facing issues with one of the Antivirus and I contacted them via chat support to them and they created a support ticket. I received an email requesting for the... show more I recently purchased 2 license of BitDefender Antivirus after going through the review at http://anti-virus-software-review.toptenreviews.com . I started facing issues with one of the Antivirus and I contacted them via chat support to them and they created a support ticket. I received an email requesting for the log files and a screenshot of the issue. I did send it to them and now it has been already 4 days but they haven't replied yet. When I ask them about the status of the support ticket they says no one has replied to it. One of the support person ended the chat as he was not able to answer my question.

What do I have to do now? Did I waste $139.9 by purchasing it? Are they paying Reviewing sites to get to the top? Right now I am running my laptop without any antivirus. Do you have any suggestion for any other Antivirus where they provide better support?
