wait a second, your 14? that is way to young to start dieting. At your age your still growing, if you are a girl you may not be growing any taller but at this point your filling in your bones and you need to stay a certain weight and eat healthy in order for that to happen. But if you are a guy then you are still going through puberty and by losing weight and dieting you will be stunting your growth.

If you are 5'5, 135lbs and female then you shouldn't be losing weight, your are tall girl and that calls for a certain weight to be healthy and if you start losing weight then it will mess with your menstruation. If you are 5'5, 135lbs and male well then 135lbs is a little light since you need to gain more to grow so again, losing weight will stunt your growth.
