Is it legal, to place additional charges to an tenants account _after judgment by court is rendered? ?

If you do something that results in an additional cost to them, or they discover some additional damage they were not aware of at the time of suit, sure.
For example, if they sue you for unpaid back rent in August, but you are still in the apartment in September, they can add Septembers rent to your bill - though it will not be part of the judgment UNLESS the judgment specifically allowed for it.

That what you should of asked the judge before you left the court. If you do and are in the wrong l hope those people contact me because l will tell them how to clean your greedy clock.
