Are these good workouts for me?

I'm 14 year old boy, 230 pounds and i'm trying to lose weight by eating fruits and vegetables and running 5 times a week and i'm trying to get lean by gaining muscle and losing the fat and i was wondering will this work. Morning- 150 Jumping Jacks
-50 sit ups
-50 chest push ups
-50 triceps push ups
- 1 pull up
i do this twice a day in the morning and in the evening
