Is my diet too healthy?
Breakfast: Low-fat yogurt with strawberrys,
Morning snack: Wholemeal scone with raisins
Lunch: Dry salad (no dressings, sauces ect.. Just plain.)
Mid-day snack: Yet again, wholemeal scone with raisins
Dinner: Changes on a daily basis but generally half a plate of salad, Quarter of protein, Quarter of Carbohydrate.
Night snack: Muesli bar.
Drink: Just water throughout the whole day.
Basically i wouldn't say that was too healthy, I'm the perfect size, And am happy with my diet, Just wanted an opinion from the public..
