How to lose 10 pounds in 2 months(10 points?)?
i can cut off all the chocolates, potato chips...and basically all junk from my diet.
and i can't go to the gym or anything either, i'm just too young.
so i was looking for exercise suggestions like cycling(no swimming) and how much time i have to exercise in a day, maybe some suggestions on what to eat as a snack and what to avoid.
it can't be more than 2 hours because i spend most of my time studying.
i don't weigh much or anything, i have a 18.7 adult BMI, i want to lose some weight just to see if i really can..basically for no reason...
don't say i don't need to, i know that, i just want to. so any suggestions?
