Tips on Losing weight?...Especially belly weight?

Well I'm about 91kg and 191cm. I'm not extremely fat, but I noticed I'm getting an increasing belly. Doing regular exercise hasn't really helped, I still stay at 91kg. Maybe because I still eat crap food. Anyway, I'd like any tips on what kind of food I could eat or what kind of exercise or muscle building if that helps. Please answer.
