What does your measurements have to do with gestational age? Little to nothing if early gestational age has been established (as in before 13 weeks your pregnancy and the gestational age was established).
Eat less, walk more, drink more water. Really, walking more will help the most - it will help tighten your muscles so that you will have less pain in your hips and thighs even if it hurts at first. Your measurements could be because of the shape of your body, the elasticity of your abdominal muscles, or because you're eating too much. Heck, with that it could be you have too much amniotic fluid which could be because you have undiagnosed gestational diabetes because you are getting too many calories and not walking enough, so drink more water, eat less and walk more.
