You could name your self a nasty vegan, a pescatarian who prefers vegan, or a flexitarian. Well, certainly, I hate the phrase flexitarian, but it surely's out there if you want to use it, and it's going to fit your case. Alternately, you could simply try just a little harder. :-) The lunch trouble need to have been difficult; next time, you could be definite to have some nuts or an nutritional bar to your purse, or do extra cautious study on the restaurants in the field. As for the "natural" chocolate (come now, vegan chocolate is common, too - nothing inherent in chocolate requires milk) and the milky espresso, well, these are instances when you should have simply steeled yourself. If being vegan way having sweets less probably, that's a just right factor, and also you would simply have tea if you happen to don't love black espresso. (i do not like black espresso, both.) without doubt, my vote is so that you can just try harder, however i will say that, individually, any person who is mostly vegan however eats whatever else (even meat, e.G. Fish) as soon as in a blue moon is doing higher than a lacto-ovo vegetarian who eats dairy and eggs day-to-day. That might not be a wellknown stance (and i will see the thumbs down coming), however eggs, dairy, and meat rather are all the equal from an ethical point of view, and with the aid of eating as little of these items as possible, you might be doing well.
