Your breakfast is good, with wholemeal toast or weetabix. Also, a snack of fruit.
Are you vegetarian that you don't have any protein included? Or even vegan?
If you are not vegetarian, then you need to include some animal protein in your diet. It will help you feel fuller longer. You could include chicken beef, fish, pork, etc.
If you are vegetarian, then include nuts, pulses (eg lentils), eggs, cheese, etc.
