Depending on your budget, you can't go wrong with Nathan's hotdogs. I say Nathans cause they're all beef, and delicious.

For hamburgers, you can buy a box of 30 for about 20 bucks at Walmart, frozen patties.
If you want to put in the work, barbecued chicken is delicious if cooked right. Legs and thighs work best, if marinated or brined before it is delicious. don't undercook, its dangerous.
