Putting Weight On To BEAT Anorexia?
I am actually recovering from what I believe was Anorexia Nervosa but I am fully committed to this. I am 5'11 about 115 or so. I want to start a 3000 calorie meal plan. I work 7-3 so i cant really prepare a gourmet breakfast or lunch. Currently I have something like rice cakes and peanut butter for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch.
any recommendations for a 3000 calorie meal plan would be great. I also take whey protein in a shake at night
If I am trying to throw extra calories in is it really bad if I went and grabbed a burger at McDonalds
Also any advice if you have recovered from this, what to expect or whatnot add that in
