How much weight can I lose on this diet?

I'm a 15 year old female, I'm 5"3 and weigh 83kg. I'm trying to lose 30 kg, as quickly as possible, but am not too rushed about it. I would like to lose it in at least a year though. The diet I'm thinking of going on is:

Breakfast: poached/boiled egg on whole-wheat or rye bread and a piece of fruit
Snack: banana or apple
Lunch: salad with lettuce, tomato and cucumber
Dinner: Jacket potato, 1 quorn burger (it’s basically a veggie burger), some carrots and broccoli
