How to hide self harm cuts or scars without makeup?

I have school and I told people it was my cat. Well I'm only 13 and i don't have any makeup that's like concealor or stuff like that I am not into that and at school ur not allowed to wear makeup so please help how can I hide this?? Thnks xoxo

The best way is concealer, or you can even use foundation.

Also sweaters, jackets, anything long sleeves.

If you put concealer or foundation on them, then it doesn't even look like your wearing makeup so you can't get in trouble. Wear bracelets, wrist bands, long sleeves, etc...

Wrist bands, long sleeves, or jackets. It would be best if you are still self harming to talk to someone though.

Keep your jumper on, or put a long sleeve top on.
