Periods are not supposed to be painful, if they are you either have a hormonal problem or your diet sucks
Cramps are caused by low calcium, magnesium or potassium. To prevent cramps just eat lots of foods like bananas, potatoes, green veggies, etc
Getting enough healthy fats in your diet is extremely important for women, they help your menstrual organs work properly. Most women think fatty foods will make them fat, but the opposite is actually true. Eating more olive oil, salmon, avocadoes, or flaxseeds will help you lose weight, as well as improving your cycle
Last point, you need to exercise daily. Not only does this strengthen the mucles in your abdomen area, it also helps keep your hormones balanced.
I'm currently on my period and experiencing no pain at all, that's because I eat properly and try to take care of my health. If the pain bothers you so much, do something about it!
Edit - appendixes, earlobes and runny noses all have purposes lol the appendix stores good bacteria and aids in digestion, earlobes are part of the external part of the ear and help you detect the general area a sound is coming from, and a runny nose is your body's way of lubricating your nose and getting rid of germs, infection and excess mucous.
Every part of your body has a purpose. The purpose of pain is to tell you that something is wrong
