Why wasnt the FRC shooting considered a hate crime?

A gay rights supporter can shoot at Christian conservatives and its not considered hate. Somebody leaves Bacon in a park where Muslims are going to pray and they call in the hate crime investigators.

This is the way it works:

A liberal goes on a shooting spree and he's misguided and needs professional help.

A con goes on a shooting spree and he's a racist who was incited by talk radio and Sarah Palin.

Someone with no known political leaning goes on a shooting spree and MSNBC and every liberal imbecile on this site speculates he was a member of the Tea Party.

That's the pathetic world we live in.

What the hell, lol. Leaving bacon in a park last time I checked isn't a crime, whether the person is Muslim, Jewish, Christian, I don't see how they could legally be in trouble for leaving bacon in a park lol, it didn't hurt anyone did it?
