How much food is too much?
I woke up at about 11am, and ate almost 3 pancakes, and a couple hash browns.
I ate 2-3 pieces of fairly cheesy pepperoni pizza (a little over average-sized slices), and then took a 2-4 hour nap.
And just now, I'm about to eat a baked potato with butter, salt, and pepper.
And, inbetween those meals, I've had a couple snacks, nothing big.
Do you think that's a good amount of food for one day, too much, or too little?
This is really the most food I've ever had in one day in a long time.
Is it too much, too little, or just enough?
