If you are living in the region of the UK, then there are several ways you can watch BBC. Like:

Connecting a PS3, Xbox 360 or Wii (with internet connection) to BBC iPlayer

Simply watching online (legally)

If none of these choices work, you may want to simply type 'watch Sherlock free online' in Google and check varied sites. It will come up eventually, but honestly it will most likely not be very good quality.
