What's the difference between dog antibiotics human antibiotics ...?

    When the dog and human drugs have the same name, there is no difference. There are a few antibiotics used in animals that are not used in humans, but for the most part animals an people use the same antibiotics.

    Most of the time, there is no difference. It's the same drug. But if you're thinking of using a prescription for one on the other, don't. You'll never get the correct dosage, frequency or duration and it may not even be the right drug to begin with.
