Well...high in fat and saturated fat, calories, refined starch, definitely salt, possibly added sugar.
You kind of checked off all the no-nos there. There are really a million better things you could be eating for breakfast, but I suppose if you were able to cut calories elsewhere, you could "fit it in" to your intake.
As for me, I won't touch this with ten-foot pole.
