how do you do push ups?

i have strong arms and can lift a lot of weight and stuff but i cant do push ups!!! i have to do 20 in a row for soccer but i can barely do 3! and they HAVE to be the boy kind. so any help??

    Follow this program:

    First week:

    First day: ~Try to do 60 or 100 push ups on the wall~

    Total push ups: 200 or more than<

    You foots on the flat and your hands on the third degree.

    Total push ups: 150 or more than<

    Third day: ~Try to stand on your hands and your foots on the wall for 1 or 2 min~

    Total time: 20 min or more than<

    Fourth day: ~Try to do 25 push ups~

    Total push ups: 100 or more than<

    Fifth day: ~Try to do 10 push ups for 50 or 100 sec~

    Total time: 200 sec

    Sixth day:~Try to do 100 push ups on the wall~

    Total push ups: 1000 or more than<

    Seventh day: ~Try to do 30 push ups or as you can~

    After this program you will see your new body.

    I exercise push ups since 2011 in my house, and I did 1000 push ups for 12 hours, I did 10 push ups on bottles, I did 30 push ups on batteries, and more...etc

    Push up exercises is very helpful, it give you iron arms...after 500 or 1000 push ups you will see your new iron arms.

    You need to follow a push up progression if you cannot do full push ups at the moment... This might take a little time though: you can't go from 3 to 20 in one week.

    Start so your arms are on something higher than your feet and try to do as many as you can until you get to 20. Then do them on the floor as far down as you can go and how much you can do. Just do the same thing everyday and you should get to 20 in know time
