So does ready clean only work for a few hours or longer?

Can you name any toxins that are in your body? Well? I thought not.

If you eat a healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and grill or bake your meat, fish or pork, your body naturally "cleanses" itself.

These cleansers can actually do harm to your body and the AMA advises against using them.

I seem to recall they say a few hours - I would say an hour, maybe a couple. Err on the side of caution.
