Hard to say with reliability this far out, but the developing El Nino would tend to favor somewhat warmer than average weather in that general area. It's on average mild, with average daily highs falling from the mid 70's in late September to the mid 40's by the end of November. Average daily lows fall from the mid 50's in late September into the upper 20's by the end of November. Around 6 inches of precipitation fall on average during the fall there, drying out some as the fall progresses.
