Weight loss/management?

I'm almost 200 lbs and I really want to lose weight. I've recently been hitting the treadmill thrice a week and on a diet but I'm looking to take weight loss/weight management supplements like vitamins, shakes etcetera. What supplements would you recommend, like something available in Asia (my location is in the Philippines)? And any tips for faster weight loss, like do's and dont's. I'm open for anything. I'm almost eighteen and I'm 5'8.

    Do it the hard way. I mean don't think about supplements and other stuff. Do the proper cardio frequently, get your nutrition right and make sure to stay and a considerable calorie deficit everyday while you get your nutrients and being healthy.

    Fat loss is not that slow process as you probably think but it takes its time. So don't look around for shortcuts and do it the right way. The trick is to change your lifestyle and regime, make it the proper way and you will be rewarded with a beautiful body as a result.
