    Consciously? Probably around 250. Sub consciously? Id say thousands. Everything you hear, see, feel through the wheel, smell, your body makes a decision on whether its important. Like the way you move to avoid potholes, you dont think about it 99% of the time, ya just do it. Most drivers are on auto pilot, specially in famaliar routes and near home.
