Is our country's current discrimination against gays a modern version of the holocaust?

No, no, no. No comparison whatsoever. I know there are hate crimes, but, Germans rounded Jews up like cattle, put them in cattle trains where they rode for days, emptied them at the concentration camps where they experimented on them, made them work, and killed them by the hundreds at a time in gas chambers.
Go to the Holocaust Museum in Washington, DC. You will see there is no comparison.
No one keeps gays in captivity with minimal food, apart from their family for years.
There are just intolerant people of homosexuals. And, yes, some are violent and commit hate crimes, but, it is a totally different thing. Jews now are victims of hate-even today. There is not a controlled effort to round up homosexuals and put them in captivity.Source(s): Holocaust Museum in DC will quiet your every voice for the entire guided tour.
