I miss the past so much?

How can I stop thinking about the past? It's making me really depressed.

Update:

I know I should focus on the present and not the past, but I just can't stop feeling depressed from it. Is anyone else feeling this way?

You have to find something to look forward to in the future. Seek to create your life in the future not to recreate it from the past.

I think it is because you're feeling nostalgic. You have to learn to let go of the past no matter what happened or how good it was. Your past will always be memories. Sometimes it's good to have memories, but you need to remember that you will never be able to go back to the past and time is always ticking. Go out and do something fun! Get your mind off of it.

Think about your future or just go on a walk and soak in the fresh air and enjoy the beauty

  • I do too. But then I read this quote and feel better:

"Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened." -Dr. Seuss
